Need to Verify Logons

Folks,

There is a global problem right now with forums being attacked by hackers trying to obtain user ids & password and then logging on. This is causing the forum to think you have had multiple log in attempts and therefore asks you to confirm your log on credentials. Please bear with me as I work to implement something that will minimize or remove this problem.
