Quick end rib question

Page 9 of the plans - Top Wing shows the end rib. It is specifically called out on the drawings of the spars.

Page 10 - Wing Bow Details has a drawing of the C/S spars / Top Wing spars connection and also shows the end ribs, but does not specifically identify them as that is not the focus of the drawing.

Also note that the end ribs for both top & bottom wings are set at specific angles (the ends of the spars are cut accordingly: 27 deg. for the bottom wing, 1.5 deg for the top wing) so that must be taken into account when determining the final size of the rib.
