Streamline Tubing Clamps

Can these clamps (see picture of the cabane below) be purchased or are they builder-fabricated?

You will probably have to make them. We used scrap 6061-T6 which was easy to form around the strut. Any soft aluminum will work too.

I took a scrap piece of streamline tube and tacked a short 3/8 OD rod to it. Used it as a form to bend the strap around and used an 8-32 on the trailing edge end to clamp the strap together. Used a strip of black naugahyde inside it to protect the finish on the cabane.
