I have a low time 0-235 Lycoming, is this going to be suitable for the CB-1, or should I consider a larger engine?

O.K if you build light and your airport isn't too far above sea level. The plans built Hatz uses 100 HP and flies well. There are pros and cons to both big engines and smaller ones. It's up to your preferences in performance.
