The wheel pants came from Spruce. Would not recommend. They were very poorly and cheaply made. Almost threw they away. However, I have a friend who builds composite planes (Long eze type) and he reworked them and did a super job - He not only re did the composite . He reshaped the lower edges for a better look. But he spent a lot of time on them.

Have not flown yet. Waiting on flying wires. I ended up having to order from Steen Aero. (Suppose to be in this week). I was able to get most of the wires from Stearman and Waco surplus - but not all. I am going to post some more pics when I get the wires on - and a video of the first flight.

Well Well My last needed flying wires have arrived in Florida. - Almost 12 weeks?????. Some one should start making in USA again????.

A note to current builders. I waited to order my wires until my wings were installed and rigged for fear of a drawing measurement error in the classic drawings (as there were many). As it turned out there was no need as the drawing measurements were correct and within +- 1/8".

Micheal,
I did the same thing, missed out on a group order by waiting to assemble the wings/fuselage to be sure of the lengths I ordered would fit. My measurements were within 3/16" of plans. So I put together another group order. There have been several group orders since then.

Glad you got your wires. They ARE beautiful and will look great on the Hatz!

Have fun!
