Welcome to the club! I also contacted Jeff at Makelan concernig the tailplane incidence he set on John Kerr's Rotec Classic andd am still awaiting his reply!
I would suggest that we might help you what concerns the FFA acceptance as soon as we receive the permission to fly this spring. As soon as our AFM etc. Is accepted we can email you a copy. Our email adresses: hans.u@aeroplaneworks.ch and samuel@aeroplaneworks.ch.
Don't give up, you will build your Hatz!

Hello Wojciech! Welcome aboard! As folks have already said, there are lots of good people here ready to help and answer questions. don't be afraid to ask anything.

Hans, what tailplane incidence question are you referring to? I don't know that you'll get a concrete answer from Jeff. When I asked about this he stated that he had built fuselages with ground adjustable horizontal stabilizers, so he appeared to leave it up to the builder to figure it out.

Hi Doug and all,
I mean the angle of attack of the stabilyser. It is 0.66 deg calculated from th dimensions noted on the plans.
Thank you for the hint thatt Jeff made the stab ground adjustable.
As Jeff still hasen't answered my email about this, I will approach John Kerr for the task.
Because we set the thrust line 6" lower than for the flat four engine, I think a higher incidence compensates the smaller nose moment of our radial. We now set it at upmost position and can lowe it if it seems necessary.for that reason it would be nice to learn from John Kerr's set up and flight experience!
