Sorry, The tabulation did not transfer. Create columns for Sequence, Method, Adjust, Integer. Break each line portion under the proper heading.

Re reading this makes the rigging seem less difficult to understand than the checklist.

Rigging CHeck List-Hatz Classic

Sequence Method Adjust Integer
Center Section Plumbline dist. to long. Roll Wires equal
Center Section Incidence Dig Level @ Butt rib Rear Cabanes 0 Degrees
Lower Wing Dihedral Dig level @ Spar Landing wires equal
Lower wing incidence Dig level @ Interplane rib Rear Interplane strut 0 degrees
Upper wing Dihedral dig level @ Spar landing wires 1.5 degrees
Upper wing incidence Dig level @ Interplane rib Front interplane strut 0 degrees

Verify all measurements
Tighten all wires to uniform tension
Verify all measurements

Center Section Plumb line distance to longerons Roll Wires equal

Center Section Incidence Digital Level at each butt rib Rear Cabanes 0 Degrees

Lower Wing Dihedral Digital Level @ Spar Landing wires equal

Lower Wing Incidence Digital Level @ Interplane rib bottom Rear Interplane Strut 0 Degrees

Upper Wing Dihedral Digital Level @ Spar Landing Wires 1.5 Degrees

Upper Wing Incidence Digital Level @ Interplane rib bottom Front Interplane Strut 0 Degrees

Verify all measurements

Tighten all wires to uniform tension (B flat)

Verify all measurements

John,

I'd like it too. I'll be putting my Hatz back together soon.

Sure! As someone who sat and looked at the Hatz until it started to make sense how to rig the ship........ I would like to see if I have done it right! This rebuild has been the most frustrating project of my life. After 10 months I finally have the engine hung and more problems have cropped up. I am really anticipating first flight to see how changing the rigging has helped the flight characteristics...... and now winter is coming on.

Someone called me about two weeks ago looking for assistance with rigging a CB-1. Unfortunately, your number was deleted from caller id and no phone number was left with the message, so I'm not able to get back to you. If you are reading the forum, please contact me and give me your phone number and I'll try to help you out.
